if I am unhappy with my photographs?
In
the unlikely event that you have a problem with any of your images, I
will re-shoot at no cost to you.
I
may have items that are too big for your studio, can you help?
In
the event of you having items that are too big to be successfully shot in
my studio, I have the facility of a larger studio a short distance away..
What
if I require additional photography outside the studio?
You
may need extra photography to compliment your studio shots, exterior/interior
of your premises, vehicles, personnel etc. I employ freelance photographers
who specialize in these areas to complete your job.
I
have a large quantity of similar items, will I get a discount?
My
prices are very competitive, especially if there are a large number of products.
I am always willing to negotiate on price, also with regard to on-going
work.
Do
you provide post production services?
Yes,
I provide a full range of in house digital services and can provide additional
printing, design and website services if required.
If
I need images urgently, can you e-mail them to me?
Yes,
I can send you hi-resolution compressed images, (jpeg or pdf) at short notice.
If an image needs confirmation I can send you an image for approval prior
to final shooting.
How
much notice do you normally need if I wish to book a session?
This
will of course depend on my work load at the time, but I always try to work
with my clients deadlines and if your job is really urgent I will do my
best to fit you in at short notice and provide the photography and images
on the same day if required.

Below
are some questions that I am frequently asked, but please call me if you
require further information.
If
I have to cancel a session, do you impose cancellation charges?
No,
I do not make cancellation charges, all I ask is that you let me know of
a cancellation as soon as possible.
Are
there any restrictions on how or where I use my photographs?
No,
the photographs are yours to use and publish as you wish.
When
the job is completed, what will I receive?
You
will receive a CD/DVD disc with hi-resolution images. If your images are
required for repro, brochures/leaflets, the images will be supplied repro
ready (CMYK) as standard. The disc can be given to your chosen printer,
no additional work is required. If your images are purely for web or other
uses, I will provide the files in a suitable format for your use.
What
if my disc is damaged or lost, can I get a replacement?
Yes,
I keep my clients images on file for at least a year after the shoot and
I can supply back-up discs if required.
When
do you require payment?
Unless
you have an account, payment is required on completion of your job. Payment
can be made by cheque or cash, I do not have the facility to accept payment
by credit/debit card.
