Is
the studio easy to find, and what about parking?
We
can provide you with a location map if required. We have our own off street
parking at the studio.
I have
large items to photograph, do you have easy access?
Yes,
the studio is at ground level with wide up and over door access.
Do
I need to be at the studio for the session?
You
may if you wish, but we are quite happy to work from a brief that we have discussed
with you fully.
When
I am at the studio, do you supply refreshments?
Yes,
coffee, tea and cold drinks. If you are at the studio all day we also will provide
a light lunch if required, there is of course no charge for this. Most of our
clients like a working lunch, however, there are restaurants and bistros close
by.
How
much will I be charged, do you have a day rate?
Yes,
we have a day/hourly rate that we can quote you, or if you have a specific brief/requirement
we can quote a price per shot.
I
have a large quantity of similar items, will I get a discount?
Our
prices are very competitive, especially if there are a large number of products.
We are always willing to negotiate on price, also with regard to ongoing work
How
much notice do you normally need if I wish to book a session?
This
will of course depend on our work load at the time, but we always try to work
with our clients deadlines and if your job is really urgent we will do our best
to fit you in at short notice.
If
I have to cancel a session, do you impose cancellation charges?
No,
we do not make cancellation charges, all we ask is that you let us know of a
cancellation as soon as possible.
Do
you shoot digital or film?
Most
of our work is now digital but we can shoot film if requested.
When
the job is completed, what will I receive?
If
your job has been shot digital, as most are now, you will receive a CD/DVD disc
with hi resolution images (300dpi) repro ready (CMYK) as standard. The disc
can be given to your chosen printer, no additional work is required. If your
images are purely for web or other uses, we can provide the files in a suitable
format for your use.
Are
there any restrictions on how or where I use my photographs?
No,
the photographs are yours to use and publish as you wish.
What
if my disc is damaged or lost, can I get a replacement?
Yes,
we keep our clients images on file for at least a year after the shoot and we
can supply back-up discs if required.
Do
you provide post production services?
Yes,
we provide a full range of in house digital services and can provide technical
advice if required.
If
I need images urgently, can you email them to me?
Yes,
we have a broadband Internet connection and can send you hi resolution compressed
images (jpeg) at short notice. The Internet connection is available to our clients
while at the studio if they wish to check/send emails etc.
